Shipping & Returns


Delivery Information


All of the jewellery is handmade at our Mumbles studio by Gill and her design team; therefore we ask you are aware of the delivery times. Please allow 2-5 working days for dispatch and delivery of your item. 


All jewellery will be packaged in a Gill Clement jewellery box, and sent in an unbranded external envelope. 


UK Delivery


Delivery costs £6.00 per order, and will be sent using Royal Mail Special delivery service. This is a secure, next day delivery service from the date of dispatch and will require a signature upon receipt. 

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number for your parcel. 


International Delivery

Items will be sent overseas via Royal Mail International Track and Signed service at a cost of £10 per order. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to return the item, please complete the returns form included in your delivery. Goods may be returned within 28 days of receipt. 

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sent via a signed for delivery service – We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note we are not responsible for the cost of return postage items unless items delivered are incorrect or faulty, if this should occur please contact us to arrange delivery. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.

Gill Clement does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. 

Please note that we are not able to offer refunds on pierced earrings for reasons of hygiene. 

International Returns

For overseas returns, please follow above steps. 

Please ensure packaging clearly states “Returned for repair” or “Returned for refund”, this will ensure your returned goods are not held in UK customs.

Repair Service


We are happy to offer a repair service for all Gill Clement jewellery at our Mumbles studio. Please send any damaged jewellery in secure packaging and return to:

We ask that all repairs be sent using a secure, signed for service.  Once we have received your parcel we will assess the jewellery and contact you with a repair quote if applicable. 


This does not affect your statutory rights.
